2017 Campaign Kick-Off

United Way of El Paso County is committing to placing 100 Little Free Libraries throught the community by 2022 and you can help!

Little Free Libraries around the world, including a few in El Paso, are fostering neighborhood book exchanges with the motto, "take a book, return a book." We envision El Paso neighborhoods needing goodwill finding joy in sharing books.

If you'd like to become involved, United Way is making it easy by identifying a location to place your company's sponsored and branded library in a local neighborhood, including a spot on or near your company's grounds. We believe this will be a great opportunity for your team to come together to either build or decorate a Little Free Library. By adding this to your campaign kick-off celebrations, your company can better showcase to its employees how United Way is working to spread the power of sharing books.

TWO WAYS TO GET INVOLVED

1. United Way will order a pre-made, hand-crafted Little Free Library that your company can sponsor, decorate and brand. United Way will assist in identifying the best location. All pre-made libraries are automatically registered on the Little Free Library National Registry. You can pick from a selection of models here

2. Create your own Little Free Library that your company can decorate and brand. United Way will assist in identifying the best location and registering it with the Little Free Library National Registry.
