Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive

In partnership with the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) in El Paso County, UWEPC collects food for families in need in our community. Residents accross the county participate by leaving food on doorstopes for mail carriers to collect.

ABOUT STAMP OUT HUNGER FOOD DRIVE

Started in El Paso, the annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive has become the nation's largest single-day food drive. Locally, about 130,000 pounds of food is collected and donated to the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank (EPFH). Food items, which are sorted by volunteers, are then distributed to pantries who make it available to those in need, typically within two months.
