UWEPC is proud to serve as the manager of fiscal agent for Combined Public Sector Campaigns. Contributions from these campaigns are directed to specific agencies as designated by the donors.
STATE EMPLOYEE CHARITABLE CAMPAIGN
The State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) was created by legislation in 1993. The first campaign was run in 1994, and raised $2,027,751. Since then, through the efforts and generosity of many state employees, the campaign has grown to exceed $9.031 million donated to charitable organizations in 2015. The Texas campaign is one of the largest state employee campaigns in the nation — and it’s still growing!

The Local Employee Committee of the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) is accepting applications for local federations and local unaffiliated organizations for the El Paso SECC region. All application documentation must be received by the Local Campaign Manager’s office by Thursday, March 25, 2021 before 5PM CST.
COUNTY & CITY EMPLOYEES COMBINED CHARITABLE CAMPAIGN
The City and County Employees Combined Charities Campaign (CECCC) is the single authorized solicitation of city and county employees to benefit voluntary agencies that provide programs and services to meet the needs in our community, across the state and around the country.
