DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

The Director of Finance and Administration contributes to the achievement of United Way of El Paso County’s (UWEPC) mission and vision by overseeing all matters related to accounting, finance and treasury functions as well as responsibility for developing the financial infrastructure and systems needed to safeguard UWEPC’s financial assets. The Director of Finance and Administration also has responsibility for information and systems technology (IST), and building and facilities.

DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

The Development Specialist supports the mission of United Way of El Paso County (UWEPC) by providing administrative and organizational support to public and private sector employee workplace giving campaigns, and community and corporate engagement opportunities.

AMERICORPS MEMBER PARENTS AS TEACHERS (PAT) RESOURCE NAVIGATOR, FIRST YEAR

The PAT AmeriCorps Member contributes to the achievement of United Way of El Paso County’s mission, vision, goals within the education impact area by addressing early childhood education and serving as a main source of resources and referrals for families. The AmeriCorps PAT Resource Navigator will assist in the successful implementation of the Parents as Teachers program, an evidence-based early childhood home visitation framework that builds strong communities, thriving families and children who are healthy, safe and ready to learn.

RESILIENCY NAVIGATOR - EL PASO UNITED FAMILY RESILIENCY CENTER (FRC)

The Resiliency Navigator supports the mission of El Paso United Family Resiliency Center by connecting clients and members of the community with resources to help promote healing and resiliency in the wake of the shooting on August 3, 2019. The Resiliency Navigator supports the efforts United Way of El Paso County as the backbone of the Family Resiliency Center under the direction of the Director.
