CENTER FOR RESILIENCY MANAGER

The Center for Resiliency Manager supports the mission of United Way of El Paso County (UWEPC) by leading the programmatic mission and vision of the Resiliency Center including management and guidance of staff, operations, partnerships, programming and outreach.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

The SVP/COO will lead operations, assisting the CEO in governance and corporate administrative matters, including business/strategic planning and organizational change efforts. The SVP/COO will provide supervision and oversight to staff teams and departments, in addition to representing the organization in the CEO’s absence in public meetings, events and with volunteers and other stakeholders to further United Way’s interests

PARENT EDUCATOR

The Parent Educator plays a vital role in advancing United Way of El Paso County’s mission, vision, and Education Community Impact goals by delivering effective family home visitation programs. This position is responsible for implementing the Parents as Teachers evidence-based early childhood home visitation framework—supporting strong communities, thriving families, and children who are healthy, safe, and ready to learn.
