PARENTS AS TEACHERS - CASE MANAGER
BEFORE APPLYING: The Case Manager must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with families and children. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and bilingual. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

The Case Manager contributes to the achievement of United Way of El Paso County’s (UWEPC) mission, vision, and core values by addressing a key strategy: family home visitation programs. The Case Manager is responsible for providing needs assessment, service planning, and monitoring and evaluation of case management services to children and families enrolled in the Parents as Teachers Program, an evidence-based early childhood home visitation framework that builds strong communities, thriving families and children who are healthy, safe and ready to learn.

BEFORE APPLYING: The Parent Educator must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with families and children. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and bilingual. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

The Parent Educator contributes to the achievement of United Way of El Paso County’s (UWEPC) mission, vision, and Education Community Impact goals by addressing a key strategy: family home visitation programs. The Program Manger’s responsibility is to successfully deliver the Parents as Teachers program, an evidence-based early childhood home visitation framework that builds strong communities, thriving families and children who are healthy, safe and ready to learn.
