PARENTS AS TEACHERS CASE MANAGER

The Case Manager contributes to the achievement of United Way of El Paso County’s (UWEPC) mission, vision, and core values by addressing a key strategy: family home visitation programs. The Case Manager is responsible for providing needs assessment, service planning, and monitoring and evaluation of case management services to children and families enrolled in the Parents as Teachers Program, an evidence-based early childhood home visitation framework that builds strong communities, thriving families and children who are healthy, safe and ready to learn.

FAMILY RESILIENCY CENTER RESOURCE SPECIALIST

The Resource Specialist supports the mission of El Paso United Family Resiliency Center by greeting community members and connecting clients with resources to help promote healing and resiliency in the wake of the shooting on August 3, 2019. The Resource Specialist supports the efforts United Way of El Paso County as the backbone of the Family Resiliency Center under the direction of the Director.
