WHO WE ARE
The Center for Resiliency (CFR), led by United Way of El Paso County, helps individuals and families in the Paso del Norte region access rental assistance during times of financial hardship. Through personalized guidance, CFR helps households navigate the rental assistance process, with the goal of preventing displacement and keeping families in their homes.

HOW WE CAN HELP
HOUSING ASSISTANCE
​Through the HOME-ARP program, the CFR helps households secure and maintain safe housing. Services include:​

Tenant-Based Rental Assistance: Short- to medium-term rental payments made directly to landlords.

Utility Support: Payments that prevent disconnections and keep homes safe.

Arrears Assistance: One-time rent payments for up to three months to prevent eviction.

Eligibility Support: Intake and screening to ensure compliance with HUD standards, while minimizing participant burden.
