The Center for Resiliency exists to stabilize households and foster community healing by addressing the intertwined challenges of housing insecurity and trauma.

WHO WE ARE
The Center for Resiliency (CFR) is a community-based initiative led by United Way of El Paso County to address both urgent housing instability and long-term trauma recovery in the Paso del Norte region. At the core of the Center’s mission is Resiliency Navigation, a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that ensures individuals and families are guided through complex systems of care to access housing, behavioral health, and supportive resources.

Our resiliency navigators will continue assistance to those experiencing trauma after the mass casualty event on August 3.
