Designing the Future: Strategic Planning Workshop

This hands-on strategic planning workshop helps nonprofit leaders understand how a well-designed strategic plan strengthens mission impact, organizational alignment, and long-term sustainability. Presented by Elsa Borrego M.Ed, participants will learn the essential components of a strong strategic plan, explore how strategy connects vision to measurable results, and gain clarity on the roles of leadership and governance in execution. Through facilitated, interactive activities, participants will actively begin building elements of their own strategic plan—leaving with practical tools, shared direction, and a clear path forward and ensuring learning immediately translates into action.
