About the Event

These guided sessions, led by instructor Karessa Fonseca, offer a welcoming space to stretch, build strength, and restore balance through mindful movement and breathing. Yoga is one of the non-traditional healing approaches offered through the Center for Resiliency to support individuals on their journey toward healing and recovery from trauma and life stressors.


Whether you're new to yoga or already practicing, this session is open to all experience levels and focused on helping participants relax, reconnect, and recharge in a supportive community environment.


Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
