About the Event

Join us for a welcoming yoga session designed to help you stretch, build strength, and restore balance through mindful movement and breathing.

As one of the Center for Resiliency's non-traditional healing practices, yoga supports healing and recovery from trauma and life's everyday stressors. Sessions are facilitated by Instruments of Healing and are open to all experience levels. Whether you're trying yoga for the first time or have an established practice, you'll find a supportive space to relax, reconnect, and recharge.


Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
