September Suicide Awareness Month: Healing and Wellbeing Sessions
Throughout September, the Center for Resiliency, Live Active EP, and Parks and Recreation will offer Healing and Wellbeing Sessions with Instruments of Healing across the El Paso community. This will the second and final Tones and Tremors sessions provided.
Two healing sessions will be held each week during the month, creating supportive spaces for reflection, connection, and wellbeing.
No one has to fight alone. These sessions are open to all members of the community.
Please bring a mat and water bottle.
