About the Event
These guided sessions, led by instructor Karessa Fonseca, offer a welcoming space to stretch, enhance strength, and restore balance through mindful movement and breathing. Yoga is among the non-traditional healing methods provided by the Center for Resiliency to support individuals in their journey of healing and recovery from trauma and life stressors.
Whether you're a beginner or have previous experience with yoga, this session is suitable for all levels and is designed to help participants relax, reconnect, and recharge within a supportive community.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
