Roll out your mat and join us from wherever you are. This live online yoga session is crafted to help you slow down, stretch, and reconnect, no studio, commute, or prior experience needed. Anticipate a gentle yet grounding flow centered on mindful movement, deep breathing, and releasing tension from both body and mind. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class provides a welcoming space to reset, recharge, and focus on yourself.
The Center for Resiliency is dedicated to stabilizing households and promoting community healing by addressing the interconnected issues of housing insecurity and trauma.
